Snow Day

Well, it snowed 12 inches, and it is still snowing!  School was cancelled so we spent the day at home and had a play date with the neighbors.  Here is a video of Brax spelling:

Christmas Photo Shoot

Well, we attempted to go to Target for Christmas pictures.  Hadley was tired, and Brax didn't do a very good job of holding her.  We ended up just leaving and taking some pictures at home when the kids were happy.  I love how they turned out!

Sunday

Well, we just stayed home all day today.  We played outside with the neighbors in the snow this morning, and then, we made a gingerbread house after nap.

Nuggets

Well, I was lucky enough to get free tickets at work for the Nuggets game on Tuesday.  We had club level seats so we even had a waitress.  It was so nice to not have to get up and get food or drinks.  Hadley loved looking at everything and talked the entire time.  It was her first Nuggets game.  Brax thought it was too loud at first, but then, he danced to the music and responded to the game with the crowd.  He liked seeing the parachutes drop down and the blimp along with eating a big cookie.  We enjoyed the half-time dog show and then headed home.  It was a fun family night!

Sick Day

Well, the nanny called in sick so I got to spend the day with the kids.  We had such a great day!  We went to the science museum and ran into the neighbor twins.  Brax asked them to go see the animals.  Then, he took Eliza's and Emmett's hands and walked to the animals.  It was so so sweet!  After we all took naps, Brax played in the sink with bubbles while Hadley watched and played in her high chair.  Here are the pictures from today.  I'll post a few videos tomorrow.

Santa

Well, we went to see Santa tonight.  Texas Roadhouse has a free Santa every Monday.  There is never a line, and you can bring your own camera.  We had dinner.  Brax enjoyed breaking open the peanuts.  Then, we headed to Santa.  I had to hold Brax.  Unfortunately, Wade forgot to put the memory card in his camera so we didn't get any pictures besides the polaroid from them.  It turned out pretty cute!  They gave us a reindeer magnet for the refrigerator, too.  Brax told Santa he wanted a car, present, chocolate, and birthday cake.  Then, he enjoyed his candy cane on the way home while we looked at lights.
