Double Rainbow

There was another beautiful rainbow today after the rain.  Wade got this shot on the way to school.

IKEA

We went to Ikea last night.  We had dinner and walked around the store.  Brax liked wearing his little leash backpack so that was good.  He got an eight ball.  Check out the video of Brax saying, "IKEA."

Grandpa and Grandma

We facetime with Grandma and Grandpa every day so it was pretty exciting when they arrived and Brax got to see them in person.  Check out the video:

Go Big Red

Whenever we are watching the Husker games, Brax sees the Nebraska "N" on tv and yells, "Go Big Red."  Check out the video.  I wish I would have gotten Brax after the first touchdown on Saturday.  He was jumping up and down in front of the tv and yelling, "Go Big Red!  Touchdown!"  It was pretty cute.  At least my dad got to see it while we were Facetiming.

Shape Flash Cards

I got some flash cards from the $1 bins at Target.  Brax liked looking at his shapes ones.  Check out the video.  Octagon, half circle, and rhombus are new ones for him.  We will have to work on semi-circle instead of half circle, though.  Also, he thinks a pentagon and hexagon are octagons.  I can understand that confusion, though.

I Do Not Like!

Well, I borrowed the backpack/leash from a coworker to try it out with Brax.  He always wants out of the cart at Target so I thought it would work well, and he could walk along the cart since he doesn't understand the concept of having to stay by us, yet.  Well, he was not a fan at all!  We took it off since he was whining, and people were staring at us.  I let him walk around a little with me following him.  Then, I bribed him to stay in the cart by giving him an Oreo.  I've decided his second addiction following balls is Oreo's.  We will have to try and practice some with the backpack so he gets used to it.  Wade doesn't think that's going to happen.  We will see.
