Rain

It has been raining pretty much straight since yesterday afternoon.  It sure is not very much fun for Brax and me.  Today, after his nap, it stopped raining for about an hour.  We made sure to enjoy every minute of it outside.  We are ready for some sunshine!

Baby Brax

A few weeks ago, our nanny watched Brax while I had a training.  She watches a six month old baby named Sammy.  Tomorrow, she is watching Brax so we had to get everything back out for Sammy.  Brax decided he would try them all out today.  So crazy to think of all the changes in the past year!

Walking

On Saturday, we went on a walk in the wagon around the lake and to the playground at the school by our house.  Brax enjoyed a banana and a cat nap on the way home.

The Ball Addiction

Just some random photos from the last week- no worries- the ball addiction/obsession is still going strong!  I have a feeling I know what this year's Halloween costume should be.

Baby

Brax's new favorite word is baby.  He says baby anytime he sees a baby.  He was even calling all the other kids at his school baby even though he is the youngest and smallest one in the class.  Today, we bought a baby.  He is very kind to the baby and gives her hugs and kisses.

Potty

Well, Brax has started to go into another room to poop.  Many times, he will come tell me poop after he goes so I thought it was time to get a potty even if he just practices sitting on it and learning its name for awhile.  We went to Target today and got an Elmo potty.  He does like sitting on it, and he likes putting his balls in it!  

Children's Museum with River

One day last week, we visited the museum with Brax's friend, River.  We had quite a good time!

The Burnfins Visit

My best friend from Kansas City came to visit with her husband and three-year-old daugther, Sloane.  On Saturday, the moms had the kids and went to a park and for a walk.  We all went to dinner, and the kids ended the night with a bath.  Then, on Sunday, the dads took the kids to the Children's Museum while we went to lunch and the mall.  We had a nice time together!
