Holiday Day #2

For our second day, we got up and had breakfast outside.  Then, we went to the beach next to the hotel, and Brax got knocked down again by the waves.  After a change, we went to Uncle Matt's and went to check out the sea otters.  Then, the kids played at the pirate ship park.  At lunch, we met Rufus the dog.  Then, we drove to see the elephant seals.  On the way back, we stopped at a beach at low tide, and there were hundreds of whole sand dollars being washed up.  Brax loved helping me collect sand dollars which are on display in a glass fish jar at our home now.  We ended the day by having a bucket dinner where they dumped out shrimp, crab, mussels, sausage, potatoes, and corn followed by a stop at the ice cream shop.  Brax even tried calamari at lunch and dinner!
